Learn how to verify your Volet account.

Tip: Prior to getting verified, you can deposit funds using crypto. Once verified, you'll have the ability to send money to another Volet user or receive transfers from other customers. Most of Volet's features are accessible only after verification. Additionally, verification is necessary if you want to order any of Volet's cards.

We recommend verifying your account to fully utilize Volet features. Note that Volet may request additional verification in certain cases or after specific transactions as part of security and fraud prevention measures.

Click "Unlock All Features" to begin the verification process. To verify your account, you'll need to upload scanned documents or photos and enter the code sent to your mobile phone.

Mobile Phone Verification: Enter your phone number and click "Send code" to verify your number. You'll receive a one-time SMS code with 6 digits within minutes or seconds.

Identity Verification: Complete the Identity Verification form and upload a photo of your Passport, Driver's License, or ID card to confirm your identity.
